Art Direction:
- Updated Visual Fidelity
The game now enhanced visuals with improved textures, shaders, and lighting. Pixelation filter have been removed to deliver a cleaner look to remove obstruction, especially for lower resolutions. To be added: Filters to be available in the Settings menu, allowing players to tweak their preferences.
User Interface (UI):

- In-Game HUD (Zoom Indicator)
With the game's new visual appeal, there was 100% reason to update the menus. A refinement to improve visuals, readability, and functionality with quirky animations. Additionally, an in-game hud have been created for zoom indication to showcase possible future iterations. To be added: Settings menu, level name and objective pop-up's, completion stars, end-level screen, and controller layout.
Levels:
- Tutorial Level
- Area I: Level 1
Previous version of the game has not had finalized levels, so the implementation of two current levels with one being a drafting tutorial. These levels showcase the full vision of future levels, objectives, and world interactivity. To be added: Home Pond, night level, and current level improvements (dependent on survey responses).
Control Responsiveness:
- Remove Quack Spam
- Remove Zoom Spam & Locking
Quacking has been adjusted to prevent spamming, ensuring smoother audio flow. Zoom functionality is now responsive and prevents locking, enhancing gameplay fluidity.
Audio:
- Spatial Audio (Certain Objects)
- More Sound Effects
Directional sound improvements provide a more immersive experience. New audio cues for interactions, objectives, and environmental elements have been added. To be added: Just basic improvements to audio, I am not an audio master for games will take time.
Objective(s) & Game Mechanics:
- Main Objective (Hat Collections)
- Electric Fences & Generators
The core mechanic of collecting hats is fully integrated, including new animations for picking up items. Interactive fences and generator mechanics are live, adding depth to environmental puzzles. To be added: Push boxes, toxic water, and security guards.
Narrative Elements:
- Tweety Character
The Tweety character is a new addition to the game, a companion throughout the game to improve world building, interactivity, and game direction. To be added: New Tweety model, currently it's Particular Duck model with scale and color changes.
Systems:
- Dialogue Pop-up System
NPC interactions now display dialogue through a clean and engaging pop-up system, this is not perfected and will need improvement.
